I was not a fool. I knew the reason why Cameron was here. He can try and act as if he was guilty that I went missing for years, but I will not fall for that not anymore.
I was no longer that naive little girl who believed in the goodness of people. Gerald turned me into a vicious monster and that was what I was going to become.
I don't care who I had to get rid of just to secure back my position as the Luna and to exert my revenge on him.
I don't care if I acted as if Connor wasn't my mate just for me to get close to Gerald and to rile up his jealousy. I don't care if what Gerard felt for me was love or lust, all I wanted was for him to always think about me. The only woman on his mind should be me.
