It's been just over two months since I first came to New York. I moved into my new building just over a month ago. I was starting to feel more at home now. While I enjoyed staying with Jessica, we both needed our own space. It wasn't as though we got into fights or anything. But rather, just having your own space brought a feeling of independence and solitude.
Jess and I still met up with each other often. We typically spent our time together going out and exploring the nightlife or having an elegant dinner, just the two of us.
