Chapter 19 | Change of Heart Belinda had showered, changed and applied her make up right. She even took the liberty to smother her under eyes with concealer to hide her dark circles. But no matter how much water she sprayed on her face her eyes did not looses it's redness. They bloodshot eyes stood out on her fair skin and she cursed for having such a skin tone. She borrowed a pair of sunglasses from Jax to go on her way to office, who lend it without much botheration. However once she entered it was a different case. She could not wear them there. She avoided eye contact and rushed to her floor, but her luck quickly ran out when the one who shouldn't have noticed her, did infact notice. "Why are your eyes red Miss Carson?" Mr. Thorn asked as soon as she stepped out of the elevator.
