Chapter 18 |Unexpected Apologies
She only left the park when it was close to sunset. She was hell tired by just sitting on the damn bench, legs cramped so bad she couldn't feel them at first. Reluctantly she hailed a taxi to her home.
She sighed and massages her head when she finally set her butt on the couch. It was a stressful day for her even though she did not do any work. Then she thought about how many reasons she had given her boss to fire her from the job.
She groaned and pulled at her hair, crying out loud. At this point she was sure to commit a crime, a deadly one. She felt hungry and looked for something in the fridge, disappointed and dejected she once again settled for her long friend - instant noodles.
