I was surprised, as I heard a sound at the door and it opened, revealing Ivy and Alpha Aiden, Alpha of the Hyle pack, Addie’s old pack, as they both walked inside, and closed the door back behind them. Ivy walked straight towards the foot of my bed, where she looked directly at me as she straightened herself. Looking as if she was powering herself up in order to be able to speak to me.
“Can we talk?” She asked me, taking me by surprise, and making me wonder what on earth she wanted to talk to me about? But knowing I had nothing left to lose, I nodded at her.
