Ash’s P.O.V.
After Addie had run out of the tent, I felt drained. I honestly started to wonder why on earth I was still keeping up with this s**t. I should have just taken her and ran for it while I had the chance. We maybe wouldn’t have gotten far, but every second I could have been able to spend with her, without being caught inside the Spike pack, would have been all f*****g worth it. Now, I had probably lost her for good. Jamie had come running inside the tent when Addie had run off, and I honestly didn’t know what to do moving forward anymore. So, I did what I knew best, I played a f*****g part in this big charade that was called my life, like I always did.
