THE KINGDOM OF KABORN 2

Ann, elder sister to Lilly who was so angry with her sister for her love affairs with the pauper Ome, was leaving her chamber that night to her father's chamber to finally reveal to him of Lilly's secret meetings with Ome in the King's treasure room.

Lilly was now impatient as she had waited longer than she should for Ome. It was getting darker but she needed to see Ome that night. She had missed him a lot.

Soon she sighted him coming. She was excited but suddenly realised it was not Ome but another man. The man was Chaze. Lilly saw he was armed and he wore the popular attire meant for the well known bandits of Kenza. She hurriedly hid herself inside a bag near the entrance of the vaults. Chaze approached and kicked the bag. Lilly covered her mouth with her hands. Chaze stared at the nearest bag to the bag Lilly was hiding in and was about going to kick the bag when he heard footsteps approaching. Chaze knew he had to escape but not empty handedly. He lifted the bag Lilly was inside with a rope, tactically tied it round his waist and escaped through the back door.

The King and his daughter Ann approached the vaults and saw that the door was already opened and the keys to the door was on the floor. The king picked the keys and looked at his daughter Ann. "Where is she then?" He asked.

"I'm sure I saw her coming into the vaults Dad. She normally meets with him here" Ann insisted.

Just then, Ome came in and was shocked to meet eye ball to eye ball with the King of Kaborn.

In the mountains, Chaze was climbing the valley with the supposed treasures at his back. The bandits were now waiting for him to arrive.

Chaze stopped to rest. Tried to open the bag but changed his mind as he continued matching forward.

The rest of the bandits gathered to see the golds Chaze had brought back from the vaults of the Kaborn palace. Chaze opened it and the bandits were shocked to see Lilly curled up inside the bag, already suffocating. They looked at Chaze who was also dumbfounded.

Inside the palace of Kaborn, Ome was being tied up to the wood and the guards were mercilessly torturing him to reveal where the princess was. Ann and the eldest Sister Nana were both standing in the compound and commanding the torturers to deal with Ome mercilessly. Other soldiers were thoroughly searching the whole palace for Lillly.
