Mira and Mara walked into Prince Kendrick's chambers dressed like maids, carrying his finest cloths, a red wine and his food. They placed it before him, tried to walk out but Kendrick stopped them and rose from his bed and approached them.

"How can two sisters apply to serve in the same palace? You don't look like you have served before. I know a servant when I see one. Now I will not ask twice. Who are you both and where do you come from?

That was almost the end. The handsome prince was too smart to be deceived. The girls drew the swords which they hid under their gowns and pointed it towards him. Kendrick raised his hands in surrender. " my name is Mira and here with me is Mara my twin sister; daughters of the leader of Akere Tribe which your father have been attacking for decades"

"I'm not my father" Prince Kendrick tried to defend himself but Mira stopped him,"but you supported your father"

"My Prince, you are following us back to Akere" Mara said but Prince Kendrick brought down his hands in anger. "You think you can invade my chambers and abduct me just like that? What would my people see me as? I would rather die by your sword than live the rest of my life bearing the shame of a Prince who got abducted by two girls"

Mara and Mira knew he meant his words and that he was not prepared to move an inch. Just then Kendrick's mother walked in without knowing the situation in her son's chambers. Before Kendrick could stop her from coming in Mara had grabbed the woman and dragged her inside, putting her sword around the Queen's neck. The Queen was confused.

"Son what is happening?" The Queen asked.

"Calm down mother everything is gonna be fine" Kendrick told her and said to the twins," leave my mother out of this"

"No we are not. There are thousands of soldiers outside this chamber that will kill us if we don't take our chances. You are coming with us Prince Kendrick or your mother will die" Mira threatened.

Prince Kendrick didn't know what else to do. His mother was already crying. Kendrick accepted to follow them.

They stepped outside with Mira pointing her sword and following Kendrick at the back and Mara holding the Queen by the shoulder with her sword crossed round her neck.

More than a thousand soldiers in the palace of Moza rounded them up with their swords and spears.
