Aaron soon realized that his goal of finding a woman who would make a suitable mother for Pen and Logan wasn't an easy task. He knew it wouldn't be as simple as going to the store to buy a gallon of milk, of course. But as he began making discreet inquiries about available bachelorettes on Hazel Island, he discovered that there weren't many to choose from.
Even worse, one of the most eligible bachelorettes was Alex Gray herself. Aaron would rather drown himself in the Pacific Ocean than pursue her. She'd probably poison him, anyway. He didn't trust her one bit.
