Bella was deadly quiet while we drove to my father’s. She seemed to be lost in her thoughts. I too, am lost in mine. In two days this beautiful woman will be my wife. Yes, two days because I couldn’t wait any longer and after talking to Nate he told me to wait for her, so I don’t scare her away again.

Bella left and I called AJ to follow her. I needed to make sure she was safe. AJ is used to following her around since he’s been my eyes and ears since middle school. Then he would follow her around on his bike, and now it’s in his car. While he informed me that she was going to her cousin’s house, I headed over to Nate’s. I had a lot to discuss and Nate has always been there for me.
Nate was drinking his rum and coke, and we were playing pool in his basement.
