Once we’re in the car driving, Xander grabs my hand and intertwines them together. I looked down at our hands and then out the window. I don’t want him to see the tiny smirk on my face and boost his ego even more. “ Bella, you need to understand something.” He begins to say, and I turn to look at him. “ We’re getting married.” He tells me nonchalantly. As if he was just talking about the weather. What?! Married to my bully? I swallow as his hand caresses my face, causing jolts of lightning throughout my traitorous body.
