Sapat na sa akin na sinabi ko kay Rafe na susubukan naming maging magkaibigan lang. Ang problema lang ay ang kwarto sa hotel na tutuluyan namin.
"Hi Ma'am, I would like to ask if you have an available room. Any floor will do." nakangiti kong sabi sa receptionist nang makarating kami sa hotel. Rafe already checked in and waiting in the lobby for me. He knows I am going to ask for another room for myself.
"I'm so sorry Ma'am but we're fully booked. It's peak season. There's no available for the whole week." apologetic na sabi nya sa akin.
Napabuntung hininga ako. I guess I'm stuck with Rafe. "Okay, thanks anyway." iniwan ko ang reception at pinuntahan si Rafe sa looby.
