The walk home was stupid awkward. We were talking just fine at the bar, and now, nothing. Not a single word.
We walked behind the others. Harlow had her arm looped through Colby's. Jack and Gabby were walking close together to the point where their hands would brush against each other. While Baine and I were a few feet from one another.
It kind of felt like we were the fifth and sixth wheel if that makes any sense. It was clear that the girls were interested in the guys. I just wasn't sure if the guys were feeling the same way. Like I said before, Colby didn't seem like a relationship type guy. I wasn't sure about Jack just yet.
