Alpha Knox POV
Once Kyle was escorted out of the dungeon by Jo, Jag, and two other warriors, I made my way toward Sheryl’s room. I was feeling overwhelmed and knew being around Chloe would calm me down.
I also had to ask Sheryl to leave the apartment for an hour, because once Kyle got his wolfbane shot, the warriors would be bringing him to gather his belongings. I don’t think it’s a good idea for either of them to see each other at this point, emotions are still running high.
I knocked on the door when I reached her apartment door.
