Chloe POV It’s been two days since Tom and Betty arrived. Although Tom’s healing has been slow, the doctor said that he was getting better and would make a full recovery. It was a huge relief for all of us, especially Betty. She’s been by his side the entire time and I could tell she was worried for her mate. Between Max and I, someone always stayed with her at the hospital. I had a conversation with Betty and told her about everything that has been going on, including the threat from Alpha Cameron and Alec. She reluctantly agreed to stay on Knox’s territory until everything settled down.
