Winter made the mornings and nights equally cold but for me, nothing gives me shivers except Mia's weekly check up with the doctor.
"Hey," I said, sounding sweet and sad, "How did it go?" I asked, although I already know the answer to that question. This was the fourth time I asked that question this month and her answer always went with the same meaning, it first came with a heavy sigh then the second time came in the form of a cheerleas shake of her head and the third one came with the cold and single word of 'No.'
