Damien's POV Not in the mood to interpret what Ophelia was saying, we continued drinking and talking about how things were fairing on in the kingdom before we kept quiet, each of us concentrating on our drinks. Afterwards, we departed after I had explicitly told her where I lived, and she promised to visit. My sisters and mother had decided to go for the wedding and were yet to come back. I had been avoiding news about the wedding, silencing my phone, not wanting to receive any messages or photos from my sisters, which I was sure filled my inbox. It was already evening, and I was sure Nuru was now married. I hovered over the internet icon, but I couldn't stop myself. I clicked on it as the news popped up. The wedding pictures, the articles, even short clips as she exchanged her vows.
