Robert POV:
As soon as I got the call that Cleo had left the pack lands, I followed. I figured he would be with her, but no matter, I would wait until the right time and approach her. If I have to kill him today to get to her, I would. It's been two hours. I have been waiting in the car watching the buildings. And sure enough, he comes walking out of the building alone, leaving Cleo alone. I got out of the car and took the elevator to her apartment, checking the door. That asshole left the door unlocked. I walked in and the sight before me made my heart melt. Cleo is lying on the couch, legs spread wide open. I can even see her bump clearly. She has grown a lot since the last time I saw her. I gently shake her so she can wake up. I don’t know how long we have before the shifter comes back
