“So what do you think about the hotel” Vendrick brisked over to Annette throwing his hand over her shoulder “I’m really happy you decided to stay” she sighed taking the hotel into view, they stood in a large hall. To the left was a glass door that led to some form of dining, tables where lined in it with four chairs around each table and few people sat around in the dining going around their different activities… Annette rolled her eyes she’d thought that the hotel would be at least private but she was wrong. She turned over to the right side of the hotel, a counter stood ahead of her and a fleet of stairs laid beside it. The floor of the hotel was made of beautiful sea blue ceramic tiles that gave a cool feel to the hotel. “Let me lead you to your suite” leading the way, he moved past the stair into another hall which was decorated with beautiful vase and statues of strange creatures. At the center of the hall was an angel shaped fountain and two elevator shaft laid in front of it. Vendrick walked over to the elevator inviting Annette and she moved over to him. She stepped into the elevator feeling really exhausted, right now all she wanted was a goodnight sleep. She didn’t take any notice of the button Vendrick inputted, she just laid back and waited for them to arrive their destination. A chime was heard as they got to the top floor. “Finally” Annette muttered and brushed pass him into another hallway, a huge metal door with a golden crest stood in front of her. She stared at the door then back at Vendrick. “Well?” she gestured towards the door and he smirked. “I guess I should let you rest” he handed her a platinum key card and headed back into the elevator. Annette placed the key card on the security panel of the door and walked into the suite. Passing through the narrow hall that led to the main living room, she flung her black sport bag unto the black leather couch that laid in front of her not really taking the suite into view. What she wanted most now was to find the bedroom and get some rest, walking through the living room she made her way up a twirling stairs that stood beside the living room and ascended it. “This place is too big” she muttered as she got to the top, she took a left turn and continued through the hall. She opened the first door she saw and thank goodness it was the bedroom. Breathing a sigh of relief she dived on to the bed and welcomed sleep. Annette forced her eyes open to the sound of movements coming from downstairs, she turned towards the wide window at the end of the room and was greeted by the bright warm sunlight penetrating into the room. It was already this bright but she felt like she had just closed her eyes, she stepped out of the bed and out through the door. The suite seemed brighter in the morning. She walked over to a railing that stood before the stairs and stared down at the living room trying to figure out were all the ruckus was coming from. “So Louisa sent a baby sitter?” she hissed as her eyes spotted Leon. “Good you’re awake, I was about to wake you” he grinned delightedly and she sighed “How did you get in?” she asked moving down stairs. “Good morning to you too” a somewhat familiar voice spoke up, Annette turned to the couch and saw the arrogant secretary she’d met at the docks glaring at her. “Two sitters, wow” she frowned walking over to the couch. She grabbed her sports bag from the couch and stared at the lady in front of her in disgust. “Umm, this is Livia” Leon stated and Annette rolled her eyes “Like I care who she is” she said moving away from the couch and heading towards the stairs. “Such an arrogant b***h, just because you are Vladimir doesn’t make you so high and mighty” Annette didn’t know why but those words really pissed her off 'high and mighty?' her parents were killed for God knows what reason and this brat was speaking of being high and mighty “the hell” she turned towards Livia giving her a death stare. “Is that all you can do? glare?” Livia was blabbering nonsense “That’s enough Livia, why do you always have to be like this” Leon stated trying to calm down the already heated atmosphere. “What are you talking about, I want to see what a Vladimir is good at” she raise her hands and purple flames began to emanate from it. Apparently she was a pyro mage. “Livia” Leon yelled moving towards her but Annette stopped in. “I love a good morning exercise” she dropped her bag on the ground and a grin appeared on her face, she’d been looking for a fight and one just presented herself. “Arrogant fool, I’ll wipe that grin of your face” Livia increased her flames and launched towards Annette. Annette could tell at first glance that Livia relied more on her arcana and probably didn’t have any combat skills. She quickly evaded Livia flames and grabbed her arm flinging her over her shoulder. Livia landed hard on the ground and groaned frustrated. She hopped off the ground again and started to blast her flames randomly at Annette who avoided them swiftly. She made slow steps towards Livia who was steaming with anger looking for a clear shot. “You damn b***h, stay still” Livia screamed while Leon just stood there not knowing what to do. Annette finally got close to Livia, she swung her leg to the side of Livia’s head and knocked her out cold. “That was easier than I thought” she hissed and turned over to Leon who through his hands into the air. “I made breakfast” he grinned “Umm… thanks” she muttered “Sorry about Livia, Miss Louisa sent us to help you settle in and also introduce you to your new job” “Well Louisa needs to check her employees thoroughly” Annette stated walking over to were she’d dropped her sports bag. She picked it up and headed back to her bedroom.
