" colin," Emma's mother was trying to reason with Colin, " tomorrow is the wedding and tradition is you don't see each other. it starts tonight. come on. time to get out!!! next time you see her she will be walking towards you. go!!" Colin huffed out not happy with the fact that he wasn't allowed to spend the night with his bride. with one last sigh he grabbed Emma and kissed her soft plump lips. he knew the fight was useless. he sauntered out closing the door behind him. " now..." Darla said, " with that taken care of.... time to get our pampered on!!! come on my beautiful daughter. "

Emma followed her mom and Lela. " what are we doing?"

" we are getting facials and waxing and primped." Lela was smiling ear to ear. " nails will be done and we will be spoiled!!!" the girls sat in the chairs provided as the workers went about pampering them. there was a knock at the door as one of the workers left to open it. the girls were so engrossed in their conversations they didn't realize something was going on. they looked behind them just in time to see three men charging into the room throwing the worker to the floor. Darla grabbed Lela and shielded her behind her body as Emma knelt down to see if the worker was alive. " what's going on!" Lela cried out!

"colin!....help!" Emma was able to mind link Colin before her entire world went dark. after what felt like minutes she began stirring. her eyes were still heavy and her wolf quiet but she could feel her there. her presence calmed her as she thought. crap! she thought. I feel so heavy. they must have drugged me! Emma could feel the danger she was in. she could feel she was being carried by strong arms. her hands and feet were tied together. her hands behind her back. Emma tried to open her eyes and it took every bit of energy she had to get them to obey. after a few moments she could see they came to a clearing. she was put down propped against a tree as the three men from earlier talked amongst themselves. " we will wait here for her."

" we shouldn't wait. as a hunter you know stopping is a bad idea. we keep moving until we hit the humans...." a hand came up and grabbed the man's neck choking the life out of him.

the first man spoke again as the third man back away quietly. " I said we wait for her here! did you mistake it for a question? she will be here shortly!" he let go of the man's neck and looked down at Emma putting his lips closer to her ears. She winced at his hot breath on her and tried sinking away from him. he grabbed her by her hair pulling her face closer. " we have big plans for you." an evil smirk crossing his lips. " did you really think you were going to have that happily ever after?" He laughed deeply from his chest. " we are hunters.... we hunt and kill your kind. we made sure to extinguish black wolves and then white wolves. soon we will hunt your precious pack. we will pretend to work with them for now....." his voice grew to a whisper, " then we learn where they all are and take them all out! soon no more wolves and magic. that's what we do!" he placed a gag in Emma's mouth making sure she couldn't say a word. she screamed in her mind and struggled to try and free herself. pleading with her wolf to shift.

" Renee! Renee are you there? " Emma was trying to reach her wolf. she allowed herself to slip into her mind as she felt the hunter kiss her mouth. She gagged at the thought. she felt something stir in the corner.

Emma turned to see her wolf curled in a ball. "im.... im here Emma. I am hurt though." her wolf tried to move as she took in a deep breath. " whatever they poisoned us with has hurt me.... " she coughed a little as she struggled to reach Emma. " I'm healing, just slowly. keep them talking I promise I haven't left you." Emma's eyes fluttered open again. she could barely make out what the three men were saying but they were huddled together as they glanced at Emma.

the main hunter broke free and came back to Emma. " I see you are awake. you need water to keep up your strength." it was then that Emma realized she was only in a silk robe from her day of being pampered. the robe had popped slightly open revealing the cleavage of her breasts. Emma was growing increasingly aware of the three men watching her as she struggled. he traced her cheeks with his fingers bringing them down to the top of her cleavage. a n****e had popped out with her struggle and he cupped her breat in his hand. Emma tried calming herself down trying to come up with a plan. if she didn't figure something out she was going to be taken by three very dirty men trying to do what they wanted to her then kill her pack. think Emma! she screamed at herself. she could feel the ropes on her wrist had loosened slightly. she finally had a glimmer of hope. she could get these ropes off she can make a run for it until her wolf was healed enough to help. She quietly started working the ropes and trying to get them off her wrist. as she worked the ropes she saw a shadow amongst the trees. could it be Colin? she thought. she looked again but it wasn't Colin who came out of the tree lines. Becka stood there with her mouth pulled up into an evil cocky smirk. she came walking over to where Emma was tied and Emma stilled.

Becka leaned down to Emma letting out a laugh. " you dumb b***h. ... " becka was enjoying Emma's pain. " I told you that you will regret knowing me and getting in my way." becka reached out and slapped Emma across the face. her cheek was stinging as becka balled her fist and punched her landing on her mouth. blood began to trickle down as beccka laughed. getting up she turned to the three hunters. " roco, you and your men do what you need to do to her.... " she looked down at Emma before looking back up at the main man she was now calling roco. " just make sure it is rough and she suffers before you kill her. I'm on my way to take what she thought she could take from me!" Becka disappeared into the tree line and was gone. Emma knew her time to get away was now.

roco smirked down at Emma and smiled. " boys I told you I get her first. then you two can have her " he grabbed Emma up off the ground and disappeared into the thick of the trees. Emma's mouth was still gagged and made screaming impossible she closed her eyes as he drug her deeper into the woods. " I swear you are gonna like what I got to offer you." tears were coming down faster and faster. she could feel her wolf was struggling, still trying to heal herself from the poison they were given. roco stopped and pushed her towards a tree pushing her firmly against it and pressing his body against hers. her thin robe had fallen open revealing her bare breast and thin panties. she closed her eyes as he kissed her neck holding her by the throat and cupping her breast with his other hand. she decided she had to escape and escape now. " I'm gonna untie your legs there honey so I can get in-between them. when I'm done with you...." he kissed her n****e and sucked it into his mouth making Emma want to vomit. Emma flinched and shook her head struggling against his touch. when he freed her ankles and forced her legs apart she decided she had to do it now. she brought her knee up as he went to put his tongue on her and connected it to his jaw. Roco fell back and she took no time to wait. She sprinted into the woods as fast as she could hands still tied behind her back. Emma stopped for a second and decided she would get her wrists free the only way she could. she slammed her hand into a tree and tried to scream out in pain as she broke her hand. she looked around to make sure she was still alone and then slid her hand free and then the gag. Emma didn't have time to wait. she knew the hunters would be on her trail. she ran as fast as she could not even looking back when she realized the only real clothing she had on had just fallen off.

Emma closed her eyes for a brief second and continued to run. she would die before she ever let him touch her like that. the thought made her sick. when she came to another clearing and saw the moon kissing the lake she realized where she was. it was where her and Colin went after they got married. she stopped to think. where do I go from here? think Emma! think!!!! Emma tried forcing herself to come up with a plan. maybe she could swim across the lake? it might be a way for them to lose her scent. she made her way cautiously to the waters edge, diving in. she was going to have to try and swim as quietly as possible. if they heard her they would definitely come after her.

she kept her head under as long as possible. she could see the three men looking near the trees for her. she came up slowly when they turned their backs taking in as much air as possible. they turned just as she surfaced and she could hear roco yell " get that b***h now! and this time we will hold her down so I get what I want!" Emma watched in horror as they started coming in after her. Crap! she was frantic. she could feel something inside her stir. something she had never felt before. something building and starting to boil over. instinctively she raised her hand and looked at the men.

" if you want to live get out " her voice was different. it was as if she were someone else or something else was living inside of her. the men laughed at her and continued to advance. her eyes were snowy white as she lowered her hand to the surface of the water. a bright light shot out and traveled at a speed so fast it was like a blur. the three men screamed in agony in the water. soon their lifeless bodies were raised and moved to the waters edge. Emma slowly emerged from the water as she saw Colin, Zander and Brett come out of the tree line. Colin came running towards her as he realized she was naked. her eyes flashed back to their emerald green as she collapsed into his arms. his men grabbed something to cover her with as she laid in his arms.

Colin was holding her body to his chest as he screamed out her name, " Emma! Emma baby wake up!" he began to cry as she didn't stir. " my little angel please! I need you!!" Colin cried harder as he held her.

Emma's eyes opened sleepily as she raised her hand gently to his cheek brushing the tears away. " I love you Colin. " she brought her hand back in pain. " ouch!"

Colin grabbed her face and started kissing her," what hurts baby? did they......" he breathed hard as the thoughts of what they did to her flooded in his head.

" no, I got away before he could.... " she burried her face into Colin's bare chest. he only wore shorts due to his shifting to his wolf. " the main one tried... roco..... " colin held her tighter to him. sick at the thought of someone touching her. " Becka!"

the wolves all looked at Emma in surprise. Emma shook her head. " becka had the hunters kidnap me! she told them where all the packs in this territory live so they could hunt them. she told them they could do whatever they wanted to me as long as it was rough....." Emma looked away again choking on her words. " she was going to let them......." Emma closed her eyes, " she wants you!" Emma looked at Colin in his eyes. " we have to get back. when she realizes you are gone and that we eloped...... she may be crazy enough to slaughter the entire pack! even the children!" Emma waited for Colin to stand up, " Colin, I have to ride your wolf..... they poisoned me with something and my wolf is still healing.... I can't shift yet." colin kissed her on her lips as he nodded. He shifted into his black and grey wolf and bowed his head towards her. she marveled at his beauty as she climbed on holding tightly to his fur. she could feel the wind swooshing by as her hair flew back. it felt like her body was using the energy to build up her strength and it was freeing her. she felt her wolf inside nuzzling and purring from the pure closeness to Colin. he was helping them both heal. she squeezed her Thighs deep into his sides as she released her hands letting them free to take in the wind as it moved over her. she could feel the energy building at the tips of her fingers and reaching to the depths of her body. it was as if the energy from the wind was coursing through her body and recharging her. she could feel the wind inside of her. she felt Colin's wolf slow down. she opened her eyes glancing around. they had already made it to the Siler River pack. she jumped off still in her human form and realized she was still naked. Brett lowering his head handed Emma a shirt hidden in the tree lines for when wolves shift. " thank you" Emma said as she slid it on. " Emma sensed something deep inside her and she called out to all the wolves as they were beginning to shift. "no! wait!!...." her eyes turned to snow white as she stopped them, " somethings not right...... it's an ambush! fall back! the hunters are waiting!" Colin looked at her and linked all the wolves to take shelter and not to attack.

they waited for their next orders. the wolves in the village had no clue the danger they were in. Emma looked up at Colin. " what's wrong emma?" Colin was worried about her. She closed her eyes afraid he would be angry at what she had to say next.

" you won't like this, " Emma sighed. " but you have to trust me. do you trust me Colin? " she burried her face into his chest breathing in his scent. cinnamon and spices like home baking just like when she was a kid. he nodded his head at her. she looked up at him her eyes flashing back to her emerald green he loved so much. " you all have to stay here. I have to go in alone....."

" no!" Colin roared. " not going to happen!" she raised her hand and placed it over his lips. a single tear fell from her eyes.

" wait for my signal. you know I'm right. there are too many innocent lives in there. I can feel the hunters. I can feel them just like I can feel you in my soul. we do this my way and we have a chance at saving all of them. don't make the same mistake as the proud men of the royal white wolves. we can't risk it. I love you and I love this pack. they are our people and we need to do what we can to save them..... " she leaned in and whispered in his ear, " no matter what we are stronger together and because of each other. I feel a power inside of me surging waiting to get out...... " her eyes glazed over and turned snowy white again, " my wolf is stronger than before. it's like we harnessed the energy of the wind to heal. please let me do this." Emma stepped back as Colin nodded.

" I love you my little angel." she smiled and walked through the trees leaving Colin and all the warriors behind. she knew the start of this battle would have to be fought by her alone. as the trees began to thin out she stepped out into the village. she could feel the hunters lurking in the shadows. she walked to a gazebo in the middle of the town where a bridge made a path across a small pond. the moonlight flooded an eerie light across the homes that lined the village. Emma's eyes were closed as she walked. It was as though some force was guiding her on a path. out of nowhere she heard a whizzing sound as she moved slowly to one side avoiding contact. an arrow made a thud on the ground behind her. she stopped planting both her feet within the earth of the pack village. her eyes almost glowing white now. She harnessing using the energy in the earth to course through her body. movement to the side of her in the shadows made her lose her concentration for just a moment as she recognized Becka's form moving out towards her.

Becka smiled at Emma coldly. there was no feelings behind her eyes. it was as if she was possessed by demons themselves. " well , well, well! look what the cat dragged in...." Emma didn't move as becka circled her studying her maliciously. " you aren't supposed to be here Emma! how did you get away from three f*****g hunters!?" her cold eyes bore into Emma like she was searching her soul.

Emma stood her ground as becka was pondering her attack. " it was easy. I'm warning you becka. stop this now before it is too late. I can't stop once started." Emma tried to warn her but becka just laughed.

" I have been trained all my life for this war you b***h! you think you could really win against me?!" she brought her hands out waving at the tree lines. " there are hunters surrounding this village! if I die ..... " she threw her head back as she laughed maniacally, " then even the children die with me!"

" you would kill even the children because you couldn't have colin?"

" he should have listened to me!!! we were supposed to mate and be the ultimate power couple! I was supposed to be his Luna! NOT SOME DIRTY NOBODY!" Becka's eyes turned wild as Emma could see the anger oozing out of her yet Emma calmly just stood her ground. " He was mine! you took him away from me! if I can't have him, " Becka crouched low as she was readying to pounce on Emma. " no one will ever have him!" she leapt from the ground lunging at Emma.

a white paw reached up with one swift movement and pulled becka out of her leap. with a flash of white fur Emma's wolf emerged with golden eyes. she had becka by the throat as becka looked up and saw the pure snowy white wolf her eyes grew large from shock and fear. " yes becka. I am a white wolf. I can grant you mercy but you must end this now." Emma let go of Becka's throat and stood up once more. becka grew hotter as the anger coursed through her.

" of course you would be a white wolf! you take everything! I'm going to kill you like my mother should have done a long time ago!" Emma in a moment of weakness shifted back at Becka's words.

confusion in her face. " why would your mother kill the white wolves? why?"

becka laughed at her enemy, " because your mother took away my father!" Emma was confused. " my father and your mother were mated. my mother got pregnant with me before he found her!" Becka seethed in anger. " he left us!!! for your b***h mother! and we were left with nothing! silver river pack took us in, my mother and I. she met caden. the one you know as my father, and mated and marked him. my mother never got over the fact that he left her like that with me. the hunters attacked both the royal black wolves pack and the royal white wolves pack under my mother's orders. now here we are finishing up her legacy." becka laughed at Emma's pain.

" Becka, " Emma's eyes glazed over as she readied herself to shift agin. " Colin is part black wolf. don't you feel the power he holds? he hasn't realized it yet but he is far more powerful than even he realizes it and you and your mother are responsible not only for the slaughter of my own kind but his as well." becka looked at her in distan and confusion. becka lunged at Emma again as Emma swiftly changed to her white wolf and both white wolf and copper red smashed in such a force that everyone could hear the clashing of claws.
