Three Months Later
Sophia
I have kept to my room since I was forced to leave my mate, Issy tries to cheer me up on most days but my wolf has been silent feeling the loss of our mate. Alpha Seth had sent plenty of gifts and was excited that I would be his mate in a few weeks, I was due any day now and my father would have me married off when I gave birth to my daughter. I had named her Sapphire, I always loved that name and I knew she would be great one day, I have written letters to her and hope she gets to read them one day. Kyan was here earlier to visit me and was furious but he was leaving to go away for a while. I was looking at the magazine my father had sent up so I could pick a wedding dress and I picked the ugliest one and a size too big. I was looking outside at the garden feeling the cool breeze, I was not allowed outside as my father didn't want anyone to know I was pregnant, he had it covered up.
I was locked in the tower and honestly, I felt better alone here, away from my family and away from my father, I started to feel sleepy so I decided to lay on the bed to take a nap. I had eaten earlier and left the tray on the table in the room, no phone, no computer, nothing, just books, music, and TV to keep me entertained. I woke up to my father sitting in a chair reading the newspaper and I sat up looking at the clock, I was asleep for about five hours and my father said, "Finally awake, how are you doing my little pumpkin?" I faked a smile to avoid conflict, I said, "Tired, but I guess that's not why you are here," he said, "Indeed," closing the paper. He said, "I have set the wedding for a week from here and I looked at him and said, "There is no guarantee that I would have the baby by then."
He scowled looking at my belly saying, "That's what you get for f*****g savages, I thought you would be better than a common w***e but I guess you had to learn the hard way," I felt hurt but I didn't show it. I have never heard my father call me these hurtful things before and I am seeing the man he truly is, he was a tyrant King and he didn't care who he hurt, once he got his way. He said, "I saw the filthy dress you picked and I had your mother choose something else." The doctor walked in with a few nurses and said, "We are ready, Your Majesty," I looked at him confused and my father said, "Cut that abomination from out of her, let me know when you are done," and he walked out. He was going to force me to give birth to meet his perfect timeline, my life would be over once I wore Seth's mark and there was nothing I could do.
I convinced the doctor to induce labor instead, and my mother was in the room helping me get ready as the contractions were coming faster, I wasn't speaking to my mother but she was all I had right now in this moment. I screamed in pain as I started to push, I cried, I just wanted it to end and finally, I heard my baby cry. I was allowed to see her and she was beautiful, she had her father's eyes and I couldn't stop crying, I told her how much I loved her and that I was sorry that I wasn't going be there to see her grow up and maybe, one day be Queen. My father and the witch walked in and I started balling as he snatched my daughter out of my hands giving the witch saying, "Take the child to her father and then help Sophie heal up properly, she has five days to get ready for her wedding," I looked at my mother who couldn't do anything and after everyone left, I was clean up.
I heard the door and it was my mother, she hugged me as I cried and I told her, "Mom, make sure these letters that I am giving you get to my daughter," she promised me that she would. I fell asleep with her singing a lullaby, the one she always sang to me as a child, I dreamed of the life I would miss out on with my mate and daughter but it was worth it, finding true love for those few months.

I was in bed with Lark as she moved into my chambers, I had the meeting and was not ready to mate, I explained that to Lark and the Elders. We decided to live together and everyone still respects her as my consort, the room still smelled of s*x from our earlier activities about fifteen minutes ago and I turned the TV on. The first thing I saw was the announcement for the Royal Wedding between Sophia and Alpha Seth, I knew then she had given birth. I got up with my heart heavy, my bear was still recovering from the rejection and he was quiet. Polly has found nothing bad about Alpha Seth, he had money and ran a nice pack with all the modern technology, no one speaks badly of him, only good things and I figure that he was genuine, or really good at covering up the dirt.
I got a link from Nolix who was patrolling at the border saying, "A witch brought a baby and she is asking for you," so I got Polly and headed over to the border. When I got there, she handed me the baby and said, "No one knows of this as per the deal," I nodded before she disappeared. Polly took her and said, "Omg, she is gorgeous," she was asleep and we headed back to my house where my parents were already waiting to see the bundle of joy. Word passes through the Kingdom and my people were sworn to secrecy, no one mentions my daughter ever. Clarke was there and he was happy to see her but I found that he was acting strangely toward me and kept busy most days, I figured that he was going through stuff and when he was ready, he would talk to me. Rowe came over to see little Sapphire, we knew her name from the name tag and then we heard a noise and turned to see a box appear.
My parents took the baby out of the room and I walked over opening it to see letters written by Sophia to our daughter, I knew she had it sent. I promised her I would give our daughter the letters and she would know who her mother was, no matter what, or who I ended up mating. Later, Lark came home with all the baby stuff, she was excited and I was glad she was willing to take up the role of being her stepmother and I smiled as I helped her pack everything away. After we put baby Sapphire to bed, I headed to the bathroom when I heard Lark scream in pain and ran inside the room asking, "Baby, what is it?" She looked at me breathing heavily before passing out.

Clarke
I have been keeping busy doing business and making sure as third in command everything runs smoothly, I had finished working out in the gym after getting up from the excruciating pain I was experiencing earlier and I knew it was that b***h f*****g my brother when my father mind-linked me about my niece finally arriving. I head over there as we always protect our own, she was adorable when I saw her but Lark's scent on my brother drove me crazy. And after our talk today, she didn't give a f**k about me or the bond and I was beginning to despise her. I decided to go and meet up with Kayla, I had summoned her to my quarters and she was already there when I got there. She smiled as she had prepared a sandwich for me but I wasn't hungry for food pulling her in for a kiss.
Things heated up pretty quickly as Lark appeared in my thoughts and I just wanted to shut her out completely, I was done fighting for someone who would rather be with my brother so she could be Queen. I tore her clothes off pretty quickly and my d**k was hard with excitement, they were no foreplay as I just wanted it as bad as she did. I smiled because now the b***h knew how it felt and I left there leaving them to ponder what could be wrong, I went home for round two with Kayla, so, "f**k you, Lark."
