Vivian wrote down the receipt in ledger, when she finished she took out the laptop from the side and wrote it there as well, she had discuss this with Cyrus about putting it on a computer that way when something happened they would have a back up and he agreed so now she was using this laptop that he had gotten for her. So far she had been here for a month and got the hang of things but she would sometimes brake the rules and talk with the Omegas and she would go to the kitchen and help them out at times too. She couldn't help herself she was like this back at her pack, so it was still hard for her to adjust to this life, she missed dancing but she was always busy with training or checking in on the remodeling of the pack grounds, she still hasn't spent time with Cyrus, he just feels like a stranger to her a stranger that let's him let sit on his lap when they have breakfast which still makes her uncomfortable.

"Okay, everything is in the computer why don't we start on the winter order" Vivian said

"Before that the Alpha asked if we can remodel the pack house since you did the outside" he said

"Okay, let's go take a look around and then check on the workers" Vivian said

"Yes ma'am" he said

Vivian got up from the chair placing everything away before walking out, they started on the floor she was staying she spoke as he wrote down what to order then the third floor, they went to each rooms, then the next, then first floor and lastly the bottom floor, after that they went to the safe room under the house.

"We would need to order extra water and medical supplies for her along with upgraded blankets and sheets, have some Omegas clean down here as well, get those food make packets or can foods with the can fruits as well, along with snack for the kids and juice" Vivian said

"Yes, Ma'am" he said

They then left the pack house went to check on the workers they would be finish next week at the most.

"Great time to celebrate the Beta's birthday" the trainer said

"I want a list of his favorite foods, and we can hold it in the banquet hall for him, also order some grills I would say about six for here and six for the pack house, the longer the better" Vivian said

"I shall ask the welder if he can do that and just buy the parts for him" he said

"That's fine" Vivian said

They then went on to checking what order they would need she looked at the list the supervisors of each places that worked in the building, and she would always ask what they need to be remodeled, she also made sure to repaint the buildings as well, they started walking back to the pack house.

"Has the flower's and soil come in" Vivian asked

"They will be in tomorrow" he said

"Okay, get me when they do and I'll instruct the gardener on what to do and where to place it. What about the gravel for the path way" Vivian said

"They arrive at the same time tomorrow" he said

"Where's the gardener let him start on the path so he can just lay the gravel down" Vivian said

"I will go and get him" he said

Vivian nodded her head, she sigh out as she looked around everybody was working but the place was starting to look better when she first arrived, Vivian gasp as she felt arms wrap around her.

"What are you doing out here" Cyrus voice

"Waiting for the gardener, so he can start on the path that leads from the banquet hall to the pack house. The flowers and soil along with the gravel will be here tomorrow. All the preparations for the banquet hall will be done by next week. And said that Beta Jules is birthday is coming up so I decided to do a party" Vivian said

"Hmmm" Cyrus said

Vivian finally looked around as she saw the pack men walking by them back to the pack house.

"Are you done with training?" Vivian asked

"Lunch brake, then we head out again." Cyrus said

"I see" Vivian said

She looked up as the gardener and her trainer were coming back.

"I have to go now" Vivian said

"Hold on" Cyrus said

Vivian stood there as he was breathing in her scent, Vivian blushed as this was too much for her.

"Cyrus" Vivian said softly

This was Vivian's first time saying his name she can hear him give a soft growl before kissing her neck.

"Hurry with work and come have lunch" he said

Vivian nodded her head, as he finally let go of her she left quickly as if she was running from danger, she went up to the two men.

"The gravel will be in tomorrow so if you can start doing a path leading to the pack house from the banquet hall, I also order solar lights to go along side the path, it's in the shack with the equipment's" Vivian said

"Yes Luna I will start right away" he said

"Thank you" Vivian said

"Your Welcome Luna" He said

He left the two as Vivian turn to her trainer.

"Let's have lunch and will put in the new orders and have the Omegas start on the safe room" Vivian said

"Yes ma'am" he said

They walked back to the pack house, Vivian went to the wash room and freshen up a bit before going back to the dinning room she wasn't use to the warrior looking at her but she quickly made her way to the chair and sat down, she had the food in front of her when it was taken away she looked up as Cyrus was looked at her then his lap, Vivian bite her lips as she looked around but they were eating so she sigh out softly getting up she went towards him as he pulled her down on his lap, she blushed as she put her head down and began eating.
