School passed by without any issues and now I'm walking towards the pack house. The pack clinic was located in the south wing of the pack house. This is because it is centrally located in the pack, which makes it the most convenient location for the whole pack.
As I don’t have a wolf, I don’t normally go to the pack house unless it's requested for all pack members to be present. And that is not often. By avoiding the pack house I also avoid Ashlee and her gang, as they spend most of their time here with John.
I get to the door and as I reach for the handle, it opens from the inside. I get shoved back and fall to the ground. I look to see who shoved me, and am greeted with Ashlee’s red heel to my stomach.
