47 Secret affairs, not

Seraphina was cold. She only had her sweater to warm her. The bed smelled like puke.

She heard Blaze walking around the room. He was being so noisy. She was about to yell at him, when he left the room.

Sera felt for his blanket and covered up. She was finally warm. She slept a few more hours. The sun was high in the sky by the time she woke again.

She looked at her phone. No calls, no texts. She went to shower. When she got back Blaze was there. He didn't look up from his docket. He was studying the papers Leo had given him.

Sera put on her shoes and grabbed the door handle. He was suddenly behind her. She didn't even see him get up.

" Wait, I'm coming with you." He said in her ear.

She sat on the bed. She was quieter than usual. He appreciated that.

Sera lay back on the bed. She was tired of waiting. She rolled over and fell asleep again.

Blaze woke her up an hour later.

" Okay we are going shopping."

She just yawned and nodded.

She didn't even ask why.

Blaze took her to a large shop and purchased a nice plain dress for her. He bought some brown hair dye and a whool coat. " I need to make you look dull. I can't have a hot wife and be looking for a lover."

She said," If you ever feed me, I could be fat too."

He rubbed her flat tummy.

"Sorry you missed breakfast with your folks. We had a lot of food. It was very good."

"You didn't bring me even a drop of coffee." She sulked.

" Here try this on." It was a pair of polyester pants. Gramma pants. She looked hot in them.

" Hmm. Okay these."

He put a pair of sweat pants on her. She looked sexy as hell as the pants hung low on her hips.

"Can you help pick some ugly things out." He asked her.

She sighed and grabbed a plane brown dress with a large pewter belt. Then a pair of white jeans and a tunic. " Here ya go."

He nodded. " Okay now me."

She picked out a pair of charcoal skinny pants and a turtleneck. He nodded. "Okay, I like it. I'm trying to look sexy."

She put them back on the rack.

" Oh, I thought you were trying to look ugly too. So it's just me looking horrible, while you are looking sexy?"

He nodded. I need to find Helen.

Sera yawned again. "I'm going to sit down over here, wake me when you are all sexed up."

He tapped on her shoulder. He wore the outfit she had put back on the rack. "Yeah, that's good."

She smiled.( she hated it.)

He paid for all of the clothing and bought her lunch. She ate fast. Like she was starving.

" You got a hollow foot? where you putting all this food?" He teased.

"I'm cameling it away for later." She said as she chewed.

He took her back to the hotel and died her hair plain brown. He dressed her in the white pants and tunic. She was ready.

He put on his new outfit and shaved clean. He was sexy as hell. She could see his dimples and all of the angles of his face.

She kissed him. "What time do we leave?" She asked him.

He looked at her with one brow up. " I've told you this 5 times at least. We leave at 6pm." He looked at his watch.

" Okay we leave in 15 minutes."

She took off all of her clothes. She nodded. "Hurry up, we will be late."

He swallowed hard seeing her naked.

He shook his head." We don't have time."

She unzipped his pants. "Okay keep your clothes on."

She licked her lips. He realized she was right. They could do this in 10 minutes.

He pushed her over on the edge of the bed. She looked back at him. " We might be late this way, she teased." He nodded and turned her around.

19 minutes later they were heading out the door.

Sera drove. They gave the keys to the valet and entered the men's polo club. Silver and Carol Haven met them there.

" Sera you changed your hair, I love this." her mother exclaimed.

They both knew nothing about the undercover operation. Sera told Blaze to try and sit at the bar. "Maybe you can get a girl to notice you over there."

He nodded. " Good idea."

Carol didn't understand what they were doing, but it was their marraige. She tried not to pry.

Silver watched as Blaze drank a cocktail at the bar. He was approached by a blond woman. He bought her a drink.

Sera gave him the thumbs up.

Silver opened his mouth, then shut it again. He ordered dinner.

"Is Blaze eating with us, or?...he asked.

She looked at the woman. " Uh, yeah he's going to eat with us."

Blaze struck out. He came back and sat down. He frowned.

" I guess I lost my touch, I've been married so long." He said.

Sera rubbed his back. "You'll get the next one."

Her mother almost said something. She decided she wouldn't get involved. She trusted Blaze.

A few moments later a man approached Blaze he handed him a white card on a silver tray. Blaze looked at the card.

" I think this is it. My invite into the cheaters club. Wish me luck."

Sera squeezed his hand as he excused himself and went into a private room.

When the meal came Sera ate quietly. She looked up at her silent parents as they did their best to ignore the fact that her husband was trying to cheat on her, with her encouragement.

She smiled. "So, when are the boys arriving?"

Carol said "Oh, Friday I believe. Henry called earlier. They love Ireland."

She smiled as she chewed. Sera ate too much. She got up to use the bathroom. A man met her on the way out.

She didn't recognize him at first. Then she smiled. He pulled her in close so they could talk privately. She held his arm.

" Leo, you are striking blond. I love it!"

Leo pretended to kiss her. He pulled her to face him. "Is he in, did he get an invite?" He asked.

Sera felt his fake beard. " It feels so real," she giggled.

She heard a man clear his throat behind them. "Excuse me." They were blocking the men's bathroom.

Sera's father Silver grabbed Leo. "Sir, my daughter is married."

Sera stepped in front of Leo.

" Daddy, Blaze knows all about Leo."

Silver looked away. "In my day a man and woman were monogamous." He rushed into the bathroom.

Sera shrugged. "What is your name sir? It's not still Leo is it?"

He said,"No, I am Carlos Nine."

She mouthed it. Carlos Nine.

He winked at her and went to the bar.

Sera went back to the table. Carol was ordering some after dinner port.

Sera saw Leo at the bar. Blaze returned, he looked at her. She motioned to the bar. He pointed at the blond man. She nodded.

Silver came back. He saw Blaze at the bar. He expected him to fight with the blond guy. To his amazement they were thick as thieves.

Sera left them and went back to the hotel with her mother and father. She was very quiet.

" Sera, that man at the bar, he was an agent or something wasn't he?"he asked her.

She looked at him. "You are a very intuitive man. I believe you have the gift. Maybe that's where I got it?"

Carol grinned. "I was the one that thought of it first."

Sera laughed."Mother, you are so smart. I can't tell you anything really. Just trust me."

They both smiled. "We do."
