My mysterious doctor(COMPLETE)

New patient

NEXT DAY AT HOSPITAL

AT ADRIAN POW:

Today is the first day since I am working in a mountain hospital. This hospital is way smaller than the ones in big towns. I kinda worried that I not gonna fit here, but somehow I sure that things are gonna go pretty well for me. I always wanted to work in the hospital rather than sitting behind a desk in the CEO office. This hospital staff is pretty small too. Me another kid doctor, one female's doctor, few nurses, and driver. I also heard that they using a helicopter help if they need it.

- Good morning doctor.- Nurse said.

- Good morning.- I said.- What is my schedule today?- I asked.

- You have a few appointments doctor. Should I call them in?- A nurse asked me and I smiled.

- Call them in.- I said and smiled.

After a few moments woman walked in with a small about a five-year-old kid holding her hand.

- Good morning doctor.- The woman said and the kid gripped her hand even tighter.

-Good morning.- I said and smiled sweetly to the kid. - So tell me what happened.

-He was bringing wood pieces home and tripped then he scratched his leg.- Woman points at his son's scratched leg.

-It's nothing that seriously do not worry too much.- I said with calming voice.- I do not see any bones broken. But I need to put an antiseptic on it.

-Is that gonna hurt?- Kid asked me still sniffing.

-It might sting a bit.- I said.- But do not worry.

Kid walked closer to me and sat on the bed in my workroom. I smiled and took a small bottle of antiseptic and applied it on his wound. Lastly I placed a small bandage on his leg.

-Thank you doctor.- The kid said and smiled and looked at his mom.- Can we go home now? We need to cook diner for daddy.

The woman smiled at her son proudly. They seemed to be a nice family.

-Alright. Thank you for help doctor.- Woman said and left with her son.

-Nurse, you can call next patient.- I said.

After a few moments older age man walks in.

-Good morning doc. I am Alex, I live in a village near by.- Man said.

-Alright. I am doctor Adrian. I just started work today.- I said.- So what is the problem?- I asked.

-Well, I had a big pain in my chest. I had no idea what is going on so I came here.- He said.

-Any other symptoms?- I asked.

-No.-Man said and gave me a small smile.

-Does your family has records of heard diaseses?-I asked because I wanted to confirm my theory. 

-My dad died from a heart attack that's all I know.-Man said.

I was thinking for a few mins. Chest pain can be from different things and I hope that is not something with this man's heart. I can not check it here so I have to give him sending it to a bigger town hospital.

-I can not do tests for you here because I do not have equipment but I can send you to bigger town hospital and there you can do your tests.-I said.- Also I gonna give you a prescription to some pain medicine to help slow down chest pain.

-His blood pressure is too high.-Nurse said to me and handed few test results I asked to do for him.

-Does your blood pressure was always hight?-I asked man.

-Almost all the time.-He said and I slightly frowned.

-I gonna give you a prescription to blood pressure lower medicine and prescription to go to hospital.-I wrote those three papers and handed to him.

-Thank you, doctor, I will ask my son to drive me there.-Man said.

-Have a nice day.-I said and the man left.

I thought that that man should be alright because other symptoms do not look like heart attack, and I was about sure that he gonna be alright. With the right treatment of course.

-Nurse what is our next patient?- I asked the nurse who was working with me.

-No patients, for..-Suddenly she got interrupted I heard doors getting slammed open.

I looked at the door direction and I saw the middle-aged man carrying inside a woman. She looked about my age and she had a huge bruise on her side.

-Carry her here! -I shouted to a man who was holding her and he rushed in with her in his hands.-Lay her down!

Man layed her down and he looked as much as worried as I am. That bruise was not a small one. There was a huge bruise across her ribs and I could hear woman slight whimperings because of pain she is feeling right now.

-What happened?- I asked man.

-I do not know. I found her like this close woods.-He said.

It was kinda hard to believe his words but now I had no time for this.

-Alright. Do you know her?- I asked.

-No.-Man said.- She arrived here a week ago.

-You may go now.-I said and men left then I looked at woman.-What is your name miss?- I asked.

-Anna.-She said and whimpered.

-Do not worry I going to help you.-I said I took a better look at her wound.- Nurse get me painkillers and first aid kit.-I said.

After a few seconds, the nurse bought me an aid kit and painkillers.

-I gonna inject you with painkillers. Are you allergic to some kind of medicine?-I asked.

-No.-Woman said and whimpered.

-Alright. I make you feel less pain in few moments.- I got medicine into the syringe and injected her with painkillers.-I think we gonna need blood bad for transfusion since she lost not a small amount of blood.

-Alright doctor. I gonna take her blood sample to know blood type.- Nurse said.

-Good.-I said and started to treat her wound.

AFTER TWENTY MINS

AT ADRIAN POW:

I finished fixing her wound and the nurse got a blood bag for blood transfusion. I started that procedure and her skin color after some time turned back to normal. It seems my prescribed treatment is working. After a few hours, she woke up and I was glad to see that she is alright.-How do you feel?-I asked.-Better, thank you doctor.-Woman said.-You can call me Adrian.- I smiled.- How did you get hurt?-I asked her.-I was getting some wild herbs near woods and I tripped and fell on the ground and that is how this scratch appeared. That man found me and bought me in hospital I am grateful to him. Thank you to doctor for saving my life.-Woman smiled.-Can I go home now?-She asked.-Yes you can but after week you have to come back so I can remove those stitches I used to fix your deeper wound parts.-I said and she nodded.-Have a nice day.-She said and left smiling.She looks like an interesting woman but I can not fall in love. I do not believe in love anymore. One day I was in love with a woman and she was in love with me only because I was CEO son. She broke up with me when she realized I not gonna buy whatever she desires. Now I do not fall in love again.
