"Oh god..seriously Millie?!"
I heard Penny gasp as I dropped to all fours, trying to reach the phone from under the door. No way I was going to open it and face that embarrassment!
"Just..just kick it over or something!" I rushed out, seeing my phone slide back over as I could hear Hazel laughing her ass off apparently.
"Millie? Are you there?" Adrian's voice called out as I picked up the phone and placed it to my ear.
"Let me call you back when I get home okay?" I rushed out, feeling like my cheeks were on fire as I quickly said goodbye to Adrian.
After hanging up, I slapped my hands over my face, feeling mortified by what just happened.
