The beds are also a bit short for human bodies. The girls, except for Serena the Tall, have no problems, but a couple of the guys are a bit tall for them. Well, tough. They can let their feet dangle over the ends, or they can learn to sleep curled up a little. That’s not an insurmountable problem.
By actual count, there were three hundred and forty-two of the barracks beds. Maybe that was the standard crew size or simply maximum capacity, who knows? I haven’t figured out how to ask the Voices for the hard facts.
