"Ano ba ang nangyayari sa babaeng 'yon? Kahapon lang ay parang basang sisiw na takot maiwang mag-isa." bulong niya sa sarili habang nagmamaneho pauwi. He supposed to spend the night at Quinn' s condo but Belle just made a straight deal that he should go home until she will sign those papers.
Kailangan niyang sundin ang kondisyon nito para mapapirma na niya ang annulment papers rito. A year is not too long at all! Sinabi niya kay Quinn they need to sacrifice for a short time para makasama na sila ng legal. He can't wait to marry Quinn.
The girl is five years younger than him. She's lively, sweet and damn she's a goddess. Maganda naman ang asawa niya but there is something with Quinn that made him crazy about her. Ganito siguro kapag inlove ka sa isang tao.
Simula nang makilala nita ito sa family gathering ng asawa niya ay nabighani na siya sa babae. That was six months ago.
They have many things in common. Simula nang makilala niya ito ay lagi na silang magkasama. Sa mall, sa pamamasyal kung saan sina dadalhin ng kanilang paa, she always call and ask from time to time. While Belle, lagi itong busy sa bahay minsan ay nakakalimutan na siya nitong kumustahin at kapag iniinvite niya ito sa Mall ay ayaw namang sumama dahil pagod na raw sa gawaing bahay. Mas naging close sila ni Quinn kaya hindi malayong maiinlab siya rito.
"Hi hubby!" bati ni Belle sa kanya nang dumating siya.
Ang ganda nito sa suot nitong vneck fitted dress. Hinalikan siya nito sa labi. When was the last time he kissed her? Nakalimutan na niya.
"Hubby, I prepared a dinner for us. 'yung favorite mo!" she smiled as she grab his arms and guide him towards the dining table.
"Wow, beef caldereta and sisig!"
She prepared a candlelight dinner for the two of them and played a background love music.
"Do you like it?" tanong ni Belle sa kanya na kumikislap ang mga mata.
"Yes... Who wouldn't like it!" he answered.
"I love you Gab!" she whispered as she sweetly smiled at him.
He can see her pair of sad eyes eventhough she smile sweetly looking at him. Naaawa siya sa babaeng minahal niya noon. Hindi niya ito sinagot dahil ang kirot na nararamdaman sa kanyang dibdib ay puro awa na lamang.
"You wouldn't have to answer me Gab! As I've told you before, just let me love you!" she smiled while saying those lines.
Ramdam niya ang sakit sa bawat kataga nito.
"Just help me Gab. Help me create a happy memories before we will separate. Gusto ko kasi, kahit wala na tayo at dumating man ang araw na iisipin kita, gusto ko 'yung napapangiti ako... Gusto ko' yung napapasaya mo'ko habang iniisip kita at binabanggit ang panagalan mo! "she said while holding his hand.
He saw tears rolling down her face. But she is trying to hold it back.
" Ssssh wife. I know someday you will find someone who will not hurt you. Someone who will remove all your heartaches. Someone who will love you more than I ever loved you!" he seriously said to her.
She just nodded as her response."Let's eat baka lumamig na ang pagkain!"
Napakasarap ng niluto nito.Mamimiss niya siguro ang luto ni Belle kapag annulled na sila.
"Belle, thanks for the sumptuous dinner!"
"Don't mention it hubby! By the way, I decided to work. I didn't mention that I applied in Crimson University two weeks ago. And this morning the Dean called me that I could start on Monday!"
He stared at her seriously. "Are you sure you want to work?! Belle kahit annuled na tayo I will continue to assisst you financially!"
"No, Gab... I also want to earn. Gusto ko na rin sanayin ang sarili ko sa trabaho."
"Why not sa company niyo? Ikaw naman ang tagapagmana ng company n'yo 'di ba?"
"Not now Gab... For the meantime I want to teach..' Yun ang calling ko, ang pagtuturo!."
"Well,it's up to you to decide Belle!"
Kinuha niya ang cellphone at itinugtog ang kantang " Remember me this way". That was their song. Their theme song.
"Can I dance with you hubby?"
"I' m glad to!"
She put her arms around his neck and she lean her head on his masculine chest. She can smell his scent. The scent that she misses so much.
" Mabuti pa ang pabango hindi mo pinapalitan!"she whispered silently.
He put his hand on her curve and press her towards him." Belle! "
She raised her head and stared blankly at him. This moment will not happen again. Later on, this will just be memories that she will treasure for the rest of her life.
He saw her sad eyes staring at him. His heart melted as he felt her pain. The pain he caused. He bowed his head to kiss her passionately. He can feel her body heating up.He carried her into their room and continued the thing they haven't done six months ago.

Althea Belle
Wala na siya sa tabi ko nang nagising ako kinaumagahan.
I smiled when I remembered what happened last night. That was a passionate one. Masaya ako kasi naaayon ang lahat sa plano ko.
"Sana naman mabubuntis na'ko!"
Bumangon ako nang maalala ko na kailangan ko pa lang mamili ng mga gamit sa pagtuturo sa lunes.
Kahit paano ay mababawasan ang lungkot at sakit sa dibdib ko kapag may trabaho na'ko.
Minu-minuto ko kasing iniisip si Gab at si Quinn. Iniisip ko kung paano sila naghahalikan. Iniisip ko kung ano ang ginagawa nila sa isa't isa. Katulad din ba ng ginagawa naming mag-asawa? Maloloka siguro ako sa bahay kapag buong araw ko silang iisipin.
Tinawagan ko si Jelai. Ang bff ko para magpasama sa Mall. She knows everything. Siya lang kasi ang pinagkakatiwalaan ko. Alam kong magagalit na naman 'yon kapag sinabi kong humingi ako ng isang taon kay Gab before signing the papers. Ang gusto kasi ng bff ko ay agad-agad ko nang iwan ang asawa ko at huwag nang magpakamartyr. Peri sadyang matigas ang ulo ko ! Ano pa nga ba ang magagawa ko, mahal ko eh!
