Early in the morning, I slipped away to the location we were keeping Aria’s kidnappers.
“We got all the information we needed from a truth spell,” a regulation officer reported. “They were in contact with Sara. That’s who they were going to sell Aria to.” Aria had already told me that but this confirmed it. “They’ve done some real horrible things except for the scrawny woman with short hair. It seems like she was manipulated into doing this with the promise of survival.”
