CHAPTER FOUR By the time a third diner sent back their plate because the burger had onions on it, Jocelyn was tempted to set the kitchen on fire. Mostly because she’d been the one making these basic mistakes. Kelly, her sous chef, said in a voice that sounded meek but was anything but, “Do you want me to remake this?” Jocelyn swallowed the retort on the tip of her tongue. “No. I can do it.
