Where Are You Off To?

Third Person POV

'' What do you know Rosmood? What scent?'' he asked churning his gaze at his brother, desiring to be satisfied with answers to his questions. '' Haha, brother. I know nothing, I was only pulling your legs'' he smirked. Then he gave a fake smile '' I'm going out, take care of yourself and your new-found woman'' he winked.

Xavier finds it strange at his brother acting this way, gaping like his charismas was sensitive and active, Rosmood always appears this way whenever he catches his prey to feed on.

'' Where are you off to?'' Xavier asked. '' I need to catch up with some stuff brother '' he said. '' And Karnley? Are you taking him with you?'' Xavier asked.

'' Yes, he is afraid of you. He can't stay alone when I'm away'' he said. Xavier scoffed, smirking at his reply '' Why is he afraid? I'm not going to eat him, I promise'' Xavier grinned, having his two hands at his waist.

'' Well, I know'' Rosmood grinned. '' He's just too young to have that matured brains you expected him to have. He is going to get there soon'' Rosmood concluded and head out. Karnley immigrated to the vampire clan along with an old man, who seem to be advanced in history and war.

To jerk him off that thought Boppy was walking around his legs, crawling on top of him. '' What is it Boppy?'' Xavier caresses her smooth skin, she seems to be pointing in the lady's direction. Xavier followed her head, then he saw the girl's finger shaking a bit. Then her whole hands followed too.

'' She's waking up?'' he asked Boppy as happiness loomed over his face. Boppy stick out her tongue, wrapping her body towards the lady. Suddenly, the lady squeeze her face, as if the sunlight was blinding her temporarily. '' She's waking up!'' he leapt, watching her closely to open her eyes.

Xavier waited for a while but her eyelid became relaxed, it was not dilating anymore. '' Boppy, what is wrong? Her eyes are still closed'' he looked at the snake unwrapping her body around the unconscious lady.

She crawled down from her and stood at the edge of the pillow waiting for her to dilate her eyes as she continuously stick out her little tongue.

Xavier was about to get out of the room to take his bath when he heard a lady sound. The sluggish noises of your body stretching. He immediately ran up to the bed, sitting at his exact position he has always taken, as he has been acting like a guard to her.

'' Careful, Misilar'' he rubbed her head gently, as she loosen the pressure in her eyes. '' W-where are am I?'' she finally spoke, rubbing her eyes to improve her vision. Her conception seem like it was being disrupted by some whitish thick liquid at the layers of her eyes.

'' You are at my place my lady'' Xavier replied with joy, his jaw dropped when he saw the lady, she is so beautiful with her eyes open. He was suddenly captivated, by her hazel blue eyes, and curved brow. She looks as white as a snow so elegantly beautiful.

First-person pov.

I woke up seeing myself in a different place, although I haven't seen the guy speaking to me, saying I'm at his place. I tried getting up from the bed then I screamed, I felt pains all over my body. I can't even move a muscle.

'' How did this happen? Where am I? How am I alive, who are you?'' I spat all of the questions swirling in my little head all at once. Xavier smiled at me as if he had finally been relieved of some problem.

'' Don't stress it Misilar, you are safe here'' he beamed a smile at me. '' Gosh__ she is so beautiful'' he said within himself, staring at those beautiful eyes.

'' We will talk about that Misilar'' he said. '' Are you hungry? Let's get you food to eat'' he said ignoring all my questions. I stared at him with a strange look on my face '' And why would I receive food from you? Who are you? And what am I doing in your place'' I frowned.

'' Ahh!!'' I screamed hugging him tightly as if I should just gain entrance into his body. Then he hugged me tightly, speaking softly to my ears. '' Don't be afraid Misilar it's just a snake, she won't harm you. She is here to protect you'' he rubbed my back gently to calm my nerve down.

I soon realised how I was hugging him tightly, almost loosening his towel off his body. '' I- I am sorry'' I stammered tucking my hair behind my ears. '' That's alright, let me get you something to eat '' he said, distracting himself from the silly thoughts roaming in his head.

''Uhm_'' I cleared my throat to break the ice between Us. ''By the way, my name is not Misilar'' I said glancing him in the eyes intently. '' What is your name?'' he hoarse, the voice sent chills to my spine sounds as sexy as ever.

'' I am Cassandra, Cassy for short'' I said, folding my hands into the cardigan, I could feel my lips shivering from cold. '' Y- you said, she is here to protect me? How do you mean?'' I asked, staring at his gorgeous looking eyes, he is so manly and attractive. I know I should be going crazy now for having these silly thoughts in my head but, who is this guy?

'' Yes Cassy, she is here to protect you'' he clears his throat taking his eyes off my face for once. '' How, what do you mean by that?'' I asked, seeking answers from his red curved lips.

'' Cassy, do you remember what happened to you?'' he asked, trying to comprehend what happened to me.

I heard his questions and hesitated for a while. This isn't what I want to remember, I said to myself. Then raising my face, I shook my head '' No, I don't '' I said lying through my teeth. '' You don't?'' He repeated widening his eyes. '' Yeah, I don't remember what happened'' I said.

'' Uhm__ what do I do now?'' he bit his lips thinking. I fold more into my cardigan shaking from cold, and my lips were rasping.

'' Okay that's fine'' he said, standing up from the bed as he made his way to the closet. Then he brought out a dark and thick blanket, placing it around me. '' You are cold, won't you like to eat anything? You haven't eaten for three days now'' he said.

'' Three days? It means I've been here for three days?'' I was shocked dilating my eyes. He walked to the kitchen grabbed a white electrical jug, he started pulling down some water in a glass teacup. Then he added some herbal leaves which I didn't know.

He then walked back into the room handling the glass cup to me. '' Here take this it will help you for the cold'' he said, sitting back in the bed. '' Thank you'' I took the cup from him.

'' How long have I been here?'' I asked sipping the green tea gradually. '' Exactly three days Cassy, I saved you from the forest, downside of the cliff,'' he said. '' Uhm- you saved me? How come I am alive?'' I asked getting confused.

'' Uhm- what do you mean? I met you breathing slowly like you were half dead'' he squinted his eyes, running his hands through his hair.

'' Half dead? But I died.'' I said getting honestly confused, I am pretty sure, I dead, and exactly in Ander's hands. '' I don't get you Cassy, who are you?'' he asked looking confused. '' I don't know either'' I peeked into his face I could see confusion in his jade green eyes.

'' What are you thinking of? You seem a bit troubled'' I asked him, then he shook his head. '' It's nothing Cassy, don't sweat it. We will find the answer to these questions later, okay?'' he said.

'' Let's consider it a miracle for being alive for now, okay?'' he rubbed my head again, like a father would do to his little princess. I can't explain but it feels like he owns me, I don't know him but I feel safe around him. '' I don't think he is a bad person Cassy, he saved you'' I said to myself.

'' You own it?'' I asked pointing at the snake. He walked to his closet, grabbing some shirts. '' No, the healer owns it. Are you afraid of it?'' He smiled, glimpsing into my haze eyes. The smile seemed unusual like we have known for a long.

'' Haha __ I guess I am'' I said to him. '' The healer would come soon to take her home. Her name is Boppy, you can touch her, she means no harm, but she is just here to protect you.

'' But how? what is she protecting me from? Am I not safe here?'' My face suddenly softens like the fragile girl I am. Xavier sensed a little terror and smiled at me, closing the distance between us.

'' I don't know what you went through Cassy, but as long as you are here. Nothing will harm you, I will protect you'' I suddenly felt safe and special, hearing those words from him. I suddenly feel like I belong to him. I was speechless, I could only nod my head, and hide my smile.

'' The healer said she was putting your soul together during the healing process. According to her, your soul was broken and you couldn't get well because of it'' he sighed as he spoke the words, he just didn't understand why he was feeling uncomfortable when he spoke of my soul being broken. ''Why do I show so much concern about her?'' he took a deep breath.

I understood what he meant perfectly by my soul being broken, but I played dumb like I didn't remember what happened.

'' Cassy, do you really not remember what happened?'' he looked anxious expecting answers from me.

'' Why don't you go and bath Aye?'' I said distracting him from the discussion.
