Lily smacked her forehead as she tried to process what was happening. She realized that it would be an impossible task to clear her name. She grabbed the newspaper and headed immediately to the Chairman’s office.
As soon as Lily entered the office, she tossed the newspaper in front of Lucas and glared as she said angrily, “Are you happy now? Your prank is now the talk of the town! You must be so pleased with yourself!”
