We spent the entire night going through the second book and the notes his mother had kept in that box. I figured out what it was thanks to Rylan's knowledge of the old tales. It forms a map. With this map we can figure out where the star will appear this time. That’s one hellish information seeing as those f*****g psychopaths want it. Rylan promised to hide it but the map was only to tell us where the star would be. So we spent the early morning figuring that out before setting it on fire. I know where it’ll be, and I'm not surprised.
This is progress, I feel alive. Scared because this means if the cult ever caught on, they would come for me for the information that they probably won’t get from rylan. But we did it. We have our next step. Rylan’s mother said we should wait
