As I made my way down the long, winding corridors towards the infirmary, I could feel something stirring in my soul. Stopping, I waited to see if the odd feeling would disappear or continue to grow. When it didn’t stop, I began to race towards my destination.
Something wasn’t right, and all I could feel was fear gripping me as I quickly closed the distance between myself and the infirmary.
The last thing I managed to see as white hot pain raced through me was Lux looking pale and exhausted.
