Brandon stripped his clothes with as much enthusiasm as he had had when searching for food. He left a trail behind him, starting with his shoes, and ending with his T-shirt. He didn’t think he would be able to sleep, but he didn’t want to be awake, either. He wanted to get through the night. The sooner the night ended, the sooner he could meet Seth in the morning. He didn’t know what he was supposed to say to Seth, but just seeing him again would help things make sense. Somehow. He was down to his boxers when the hammering on the door stopped him.
