Chapter 9Though she was a little worried about Brandon’s sudden disappearance, Caryn trusted that Seth would get to the bottom of it, and thus, take care of any of Brandon’s problems. She didn’t necessarily like Seth very much, but there was no denying his devotion to his boyfriend, or the way Brandon responded to him. Whatever had happened, Brandon would be fine, and she would have some very pleasant memories of her trip to Las Vegas. She held onto that mild glow all the way until the pounding started at her door. Grabbing her short, silk robe, Caryn pulled it on and cinched it as she crossed the room. It was after midnight, so there were few possibilities on who it could be, but when she peered through the crack, she wasn’t really surprised to see a flustered Seth on the other side. “
