The final month of the year was always very rushed in a pack, especially one the size of Mariners Moon. There was a lot to prepare for the big New Year’s party, and even if my Delta took care of most details for me, there was still a lot I had to do on my own. During these last few days of December, I had to go through all of the pack’s contracts, study new strategies with my Gamma, and prepare the next year’s training schedule with my Beta. I was tired just thinking about it. Thankfully, the one-day Christmas break helped me unwind; I was feeling reinvigorated and ready to start a new day.
