Rain's pov
Felix took me to a coffee shop near school through the same secret tunnel. We perched on the last table beside the window and ordered pastries and coffee.
It was just a sweet gesture to thank him for his help to fight against the whole class, even our teacher. Only because of him, I could sit in the class and attend the important lecture.
Suddenly…
My stomach growled and a tight smile glinted on his lips.
“What? I didn't eat anything!” My cheeks turned red with embarrassment.
The coffee was empty, it was just us.
My gaze shifted to the window only to see people avoiding coming inside, even though they wanted to.
“What's going on?” My brows furrowed.
He stretched his arms in the air and had a sip of his coffee.
“They are avoiding me!”
