Rain's pov
The trip was canceled half-way because four students were found dead. We were back to school and a police investigation team was summoned by Mr. Enrico.
They questioned each and every student who was on the trip, even the teachers were not spared.
Soon, it was my turn.
“Did you see anything?”
My fingers were rubbing against each other as my mind was confused whether to tell them the truth or bury it with a lie.
*Deep breath
“I had no idea!”
“Never talked to them before!”
My lips chose to lie…for the sake of my own selfish goals. That lie covered my part and the cops didn't ask much since I was new in Blue Castle.
Someone killed them!!
For me? Or was it an accident?
My soul was just praying that it shouldn't be related to me. My shoulders were carrying enough baggage
