The cops were investigating the whole scene, they asked us a few questions and the people who witnessed that man.
“Seems like he was a thief” They made that assumption since he was trying to steal my locket.
All of a sudden, Asher appeared.
It was Sasha who called him, no other student was aware of it.
“Why did you tell him?” My lips whispered.
“No reason!” She whispered back.
He came closer and his sharp eyes scanned me from top to bottom.
“You look fine to me!”
His sarcastic tone muttered.
“Can't you see my wounds?” My voice raises a little.
