Chapter7. Dominic

One week later

It’s been approximately one week since Hailey as decided to listen to me and it was getting better between us now. I walked out of D.H.S high school after a meeting that was conducted by the board members and headed to my car. After resolving everything, I didn’t really have anything else to do so I made a quick stop to my other companies to see if everything was running smoothly which I didn’t have to worry about. My workers always made me proud and for that I decided to give them a bonus this month. They worked hard to ensure that the companies are successful and because of them I was also able to work from home.

I wanted to show them how much I appreciated them so I stopped by and gave them my congratulations and broke the news about the bonuses. Everyone was excited as they should be because they were all going to get a large some of money. I often gave them gift certificates as well so they could go and shop anywhere and everywhere without having to worry about money.

I spoiled my workers because they are genuine and kind and that’s what I love about them. I have never received a complaint from anyone and if I did that employee would be out of a job. After making sure everything was ok, I made a stop by some charities that I often visit and gave them Cheques I wrote. I made a promise that next time I was going to drop off some much needed clothes and food because they were getting low on those items but the money I gave them would be able to assist them for a while.

I called Hailey’s dad to let him know that I was going to stop by the hospital and he said ok. Sometimes he’s still suspicious of me and how I treat his daughter but he should know that I love Hailey with all my heart and I wouldn’t hurt her. She’s my wife and the mother of my kids so how could I hurt her knowing she’s important to me? I would die for her and my kids and even my sister and nephew. They were all I have and I wouldn’t trade them for the world.

After I gave the hospital the cheque I had and also paid off some of the medical bills for the patients, I decided to take a break and relax because I was extremely tired. Hailey was currently shopping with Sarah and Jessie because the kids were at school so I gave them the day to do whatever they wanted.

I went inside my favorite coffee shop after purchasing a newspaper and sat down in my usual section. The waitress walked over to me with a huge smile on her face.

“ hi mr.sanders, would you like to order your regular coffee?” Marie asked and I nodded my head.

“ yes that would be awesome, thanks Marie.” She smiled and beamed at me after I thanked her. Marie had a huge crush on me when I first started coming here, but once she found out that I was married and a father, she backed off a bit and I respected her for it because she has been nothing but kind to Hailey and I.

I opened the newspaper and began scanning it when I came across the section where there were house listings. I looked at them and sighed because I would love to be able to move. I could purchase something though and whenever Hailey is ready, we could move. I saw some mansions in Newtown Victoria a state here in Australia thats at least an hour away from where I live here in Melbourne. I would love to purchase. they are also close to my high school which would be wonderful because I’m sure the kids would kill me if they have to attend another high school. I decided to call the number I saw there to get more information about it.

“ hi I’m calling to find out more about the mansions I saw listed for sale?” The person introduced themself as jasmine Hendricks, a real estate agent in Newtown Victoria. I listened to her telling me about the mansions and the more I became interested in them. Sarah could have one for herself and then there’s the guest house. The main house has twelve bedrooms, eight bathrooms, movie theatre, games room, a basement which I could use as my very own man cave, golf course, gym, basketball course, outdoor pool, tennis court and a spa area. Gosh this was surreal.

The house I wanted to give Sarah is an eight bedroom, six bathroom, had it’s own theatre room, gym, swimming pool and it’s on the same land so they would have access to the sports area as well. The guest house is just a five bedroom, five bathroom and had everything in it like the others and the guest will also have access to the sporting area.

I then completed the call after I got a date as to when I could go and check out the place. Even if Sarah wasn’t ready to move, I’m still going to purchase it if it’s really in a good condition. I wouldn’t want the guest house though so her parents could live there if they wanted which would be a great idea.

After I drank my coffee and gave a nice tip to Marie, I made my way home so I could get a shower and get something to eat. It’s now four thirty in the evening and I’m sure Hailey was already home. I was in a good mood and nothing could spoil the way I feel.

I wanted to play as well so as soon as I get there Hailey better drop everything and get ready for her role as my submissive. I decided to become less strict with the kids because Hailey didn’t like it when I made them cry. She spoils them a lot and quite frankly I was tired of them acting that way so that’s why I was so strict with them. I should have been stricter and made my rules clearer but for Hailey’s sake, i hope that she lives up to my expectations because I was going to go right back to that person I was before whether she likes it or not.
