"Boo..." someone whispered. I jumped in abrupt shock. My head snapped towards the source and I saw Nico smiling stupidly.

"What the f**k Nico? I nearly cried in horror."

"It's always fun to scare you." I frowned before turning towards the cupboards. I need a painting brush.

"What are you searching?" he asked. I didn't reply and continued my searching. I know I need to talk to him now. We both were surrounded by people or we are with someone that we never got alone time.

I need to talk to him but I am kinda scared about what's his response I mean he already said he loves me but telling him back is nerve breaking.

"Are you nervous?"

"What? No!"

"Then why is your hand shaking?"

"Hmm..." my eyes widen before my eyes looked here and there.

"What's going on in your little head?" he asked while stepping forward.

"No-thing."

"Ohh really?" he has this curious glint in his eyes.

"Would you step back, it's suffocating." I said trying to hide my shaking hand.

"I am I making you nervous Kia? Tell me about it."

"Nothing!"

"Okay then I am leaving, I have an important meeting tomorrow." he said turning away to walk out of the storeroom.

"Wait!" I said and he turned around giving me a curious look.

"Nico, I-I..."

"You what Kia?" now his whole body is facing me.

"I was scared that we are rushing things, I mean I just know you from months and we became close then you proposed it's like we are moving too fast. That's why I didn't say anything that day as I wanted time for myself and tell you."

I didn't dare to look at him and continued saying "When I am sure about what I feel you were busy and I couldn't tell myself."

We both stayed quiet, no-one utters a word and I just bite my lip looking at the floor. I don't know what he is feeling or what he is going to answer.

"What you wanna say Kia?" he finally asked.

"Are you stupid? I am nervous here that means I like you too." I said giving a dumb look to him.

He seemed startled for a minute before stepping close to me. He just gazed at me, didn't say anything just stared for what felt like hours.

"Kia... I don't want to force you into this. I really love you and I don't want you to feel the same. It's your choice and no forcing because."

My eyes met his "If if you want to understand love then open your heart and feel the love then you will know. If you see it from your body and brain, you wouldn't understand it." he whispered in my ear and my whole body tensed in his arms which were surprisingly wrapped around my waist.

I gulped down the lump formed in my throat when I saw his dark eyes. Unknowingly I licked my lips which snapped his eyes to my lips.

I don't know who took the first step if it was me or him but our lips met. I immediately wrapped my arms around his torso and stood on my toes because he is damn tall.

Our lips moved in sync and I couldn't stand on my toes forever. It was hurting, he understood I guess as he slowly lifted me and made me sit on the cupboard while he settled in between my legs.

He stopped kissing and smiled against my lips. "So...should I conclude that you are mine?"

"Yeah..." I answered shyly pushing my hair strand back.

"I thought you would be taking a month or so to answer." he said.

"Lol, if you didn't bring that Florence for dinner. I would've told you on that day."

"Woah! And chill she is just a friend and the one who is helping with my new quarters. She knows that I like you." he says smiling looking at my jealous face.

"What?"

"I am liking seeing your jealous face."

"Lol!" I rolled my eyes pushing his shoulder playfully.

"Up for a movie?" he asked.

"Always!" he set down and took my hand in his before walking towards his room.

"I missed our movie nights." I said and he chuckled.

"Even I missed them, your talks, your laugh, your stupid commentary."

"Hey! my commentary isn't stupid!"

"Yeah...Yeah..." he says showing his smirking face.

"Stop smiling."

"Oh.. you want me to frown or cry?" sarcasm lazed in his tone.

"Very funny."

"Let's go and watch a movie, cuddle all night." he says wrapping his arm around my shoulder. I smiled at him before kissing his cheek getting a full smile from him.
