Cora was bat s**t crazy, and I wasn’t the only one that noticed it. Snoopy realized it at the same time I did. I was ready for her to be defensive. I was prepared for her to continue with her obsession, but no, she was more than simply obsessed. She was insane, and I was thrown off a bit. I wasn’t ready for crazy. Slowly shaking my head as I worked out how to handle this. Taking a deep breath, I let it out slowly in an attempt to calm myself down before trying to talk to Cora as calmly as I could.
“Do you hear what you are saying? Cora, of course, Lexie took the money. You told her it was from me and to consider it child support. If the roles were reversed, you can’t tell me you wouldn’t have taken the money as well.”
