Chapter Four The audition room for a big movie like Recoil factor - based off a popular 80’s TV show that ended up as a franchise - is a lot different than the audition room for a soap opera. For one thing, it isn’t nearly as crowded. The soap opera had over fifty women there. This movie one has only about five. Three of the women I recognize from magazine spreads as rising stars. The other woman next to me wasn’t ringing any bells but her calm and collected demeanor makes it clear this isn’t her first rodeo. I am feeling much more nervous than I dare to admit to anyone.
