Chapter Three I grip the glass of iced tea that Jon gave me and sink into his plush couch. His apartment is nowhere near the lap of luxury that Rich lives in, but there was something comforting about it. It smelled like pine wood and was well decorated with old movie posters. “Cliché, I know,” Jon says as he spots me looking at a poster for an old B-movie. “Having all these movie posters around. But I have a weak spot for old films.” “Haven’t really seen any of these,” I admit. “I can’t get over how cheesy they are.” He chuckles. “I guess it is fun to mock them. When I was little, my brother and I used to act them out.
