There was an immense pain that had taken over all of my senses.

All I felt was pain... I wanted to moan at the top of my lungs, but I was weak, I couldn't even open my lips.

I breathed awkwardly and tried to move, but I couldn't! Suddenly I felt as if something in my body had become too heavy for me.

I couldn't even open my eyes, I could only hear voices not far away from me. But whose voices were they?

"she woke up?"

"No, I've watched her, and she hasn't woken up"

"Mom is anxious to see her. She has spent many years asking the wolf goddess for this!"

"I'm also anxious and happy. I'm really that that this day would never come"

"No one expected it, but, finally it's here... I'm so happy.

I could clearly hear their conversation, but who were they? Who were they talking about?

I don't know what happened. I just remember running away from the herd last night and a pain came over my body. I know someone found me, but did they bring me back to Leinnoy?

Just thinking about it, I felt my mind sink into disappointment. I never want to see them again! all the misery of my life was caused by them. and I will never forgive them even on my deathbed!

"oh, look, look, look! She's opening her eyes!" I suddenly heard someone's voice.

When I heard that scream, I tried to fight against myself to open my eyes. I couldn't stay without knowing where I was or who these people were. With all my strength I finally managed to open my eyes.

In front of me was a blue ceiling, as blue as the sky with golden sparkles. it looked like something luxurious, not to mention the decorations drawn on the walls.

Not even Leinnoy's Alpha room was as luxurious as this one. Without thinking, I turned my head to the side and found myself face to face with a woman with delicate and beautiful features.

She was smiling with a natural beauty. She was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. She definitely did not belong to my ex-pack.

"Are you all right, does any part of your body hurt?" asked the woman in a soft and beautiful tone of voice. It was like hearing a soft melody.

"I..." I tried to say something, but my lips sealed and my words got stuck in my throat.

"My heavens, you must have a dry throat. I'll bring you something to drink immediately. it will help you relax," said the woman before getting up with a smile.

I stared at her. She was wearing a bank dress, with silver borders. Soon she came back with a glass of water in her hands.

"Here, little one, take this so you can relax first. then we can talk, okay?" she added.

I stared at her for a few seconds, until my mind came back and I reached out my hand to take the glass. Without hesitation I took some water. I felt the moisture soak my throat, and my pain slowly faded.

I had no idea how long I had been there, but I didn't know what to say.

"Do you want more water?" she asked me.

I just shook my head and held out my hand with the glass. Before there was any movement, the woman came over to me and took the glass and placed it on the table next to her.

"you have slept for a long time. Your body must be stiff and in a lot of pain. it's better that you stay rested and eat something to nourish yourself and stay healthy" she hinted.

When I heard that, I just felt confused "how long... how long I..." I couldn't even finish my words.

"Don't rush... rest... you've been sleeping for 15 days..." she said.

with that answer my eyes opened in complete shock. 15 days? I was unconscious for half a month? how the f**k did I end up like that? I didn't understand what had happened?

Did that unbearable pain leave me unconscious for half a month?

"How... How did they find me?" I asked without hesitation.

At that moment the woman smiled with a sweet expression "our pack guards found you lying on the floor of the dark forest. They were patrolling the area. so... maybe it was just a coincidence of both of us".

That made sense. The last thing I remember is the voice of two men talking. lucky for me, i wasn't found by my former pack. If I had passed them, I don't know what would have happened after I opened my eyes.

"oh, thank you so much for saving me!" I said with my eyes reddening.

the woman heard me and just smiled "didn't thank me. It's only luck that we found you. We are the lucky ones! after all, we have been looking for you for years, but finally our wait was worth it!"

When I heard the woman's words, I was intrigued. What was she implying? I grimaced in confusion. They had been looking for me for years? What were they really looking for?

I wanted to ask about it, but, before I could speak, I heard the sound of the door of the room opening, and promptly a group of people came running towards me.

I closed my eyes nervously, but, after a few seconds, silence once again invaded the room.

In the crowd was an older-looking woman, perhaps the age of my adoptive mother. However, this woman looked elegant and reserved.

If I didn't have her so close to me, I would think she was one of the girls in the pack... the woman had a delicate face, but her eyes were full of tears.

I promptly looked around and saw two men behind her staring at me. One of them was an older man, while the other was a young, promising looking man.

Both men looked eager and strong, but I couldn't take my eyes off them. they were so f*****g amazing and so bright, they were the most beautiful and rare eyes I had ever seen.

I had heard before that in some wolf tribes there were packs with purple eyes, but I had never seen any before.

But now, I know they weren't rumors. They really exist... I wanted to scream so badly to Leinnoy that I found a pack with purple eyes.
