SAPPHIRE'S POV
"So, do you think we're lost?" I glance at Red who was turning in her place, trying to make sense where exactly we were. I'm sure that we are still in the palace but whether indoor or outdoor, now that is the question. The last I remember we entered a really wide hallway which lead to a narrow descending staircase and well, that staircase lead to a wide open space with a million hallways that literally spiraled and the result is us kind of trapped in this damp wet smelling stone corridor.
"Yep, we're lost." I confirm tracing the stone walls with my fingertips. This area must have been closed off years ago, seeing how there is barely any light. I silently thank the Goddess for giving us enhanced eyesight as I grab Red behind me and try to remember where we came from.
