I had never been in a situation quite like this before. Staying with Serafina for a while week was not something I had ever imagined myself doing. But my father's orders were clear - I had to obey Serafina's father, no matter how uncomfortable it made me feel. As I walked to the main entrance of Serafina's house I couldn't help but think about the awkwardness of the situation. Serafina had made it clear that we were just friends and nothing else, but the intimacy we shared last night made me doubt her words. How could I stay with her for a week and not act on the attraction I felt towards her. Just as I was lost in my thoughts, Serafina's voice snapped me out of it.
