Chapter 61: Lunar Raid
Aria’s POV:
Preparations were in place for the attack against Kael, the words had spread across to the rest of the Elders about the change in plan. It’s been two days since the last meeting with the Elders, and the Lunar Moon was just around the corner.
We had agreed on a plan to strike during the Lunar Moon, hoping to catch Kael and his cohorts off guard. Elder Oakley had made sure the details were known only to a select few to avoid any leaks.
Lyraeus had sent words to the rest of the allies and also the Shadow Fang pack’s warriors, the preparations and plans for this battle had already been put in place. I felt a mixture of excitement and trepidation. Ravenwood and Kaida had been out of sight these past days giving us the opportunity to prepare better.
