As the light dimmed and the Moon Goddess’s presence faded, I remained kneeling, my mind racing with the new information. I knew the journey would be perilous, but I had to try. For Lyraeus, for me, and for the future that we are fighting for.
Rising to my feet, I made my way back to the camp we were at before I sneaked out. The retreat had given us a brief respite, but I knew we couldn’t afford to rest for long. Every moment was precious, and I needed to prepare for the journey ahead.
